Job Description

Compensation $20 - $22 hourly Prepare and execute menu items according to Hotel Ella recipes, portion standards, and plating expectations. Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service. Complete daily prep tasks accurately and efficiently. Cook and plate food consistently while maintaining quality, timing, and presentation standards. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, cooling, and storage procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. Communicate clearly with the culinary team, chef, and service team to support smooth operations. Assist with receiving, rotation, and proper storage of product as needed. Support banquet, event, pool, restaurant, and bar food service when required. Help reduce waste by using proper portions, following prep pars, and rotating product correctly. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
