In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while keeping your workspace organized and efficient. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, cooperative attitude to our kitchen every single day. Schedule & ShiftArrival time: Strictly 11:30 AM daily.
Key Responsibilities Station Setup:
Arrive on time to completely set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service begins.
Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook menu items to order quickly and accurately, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Station Cleanliness:
Clean and sanitize your workstation throughout the shift and perform a deep clean at the end of the day.
Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen crew and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff.
Food Safety:
Follow all health department regulations, food safety standards, and proper storage guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently to interpret order tickets, recipes, and instructions.
Soft Skills:
Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong team-player mindset.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, work under pressure, and lift kitchen equipment as needed.
Pay:
$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
