Job Description
Job Summary Druthers Albnau eeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas. Complete daily and Weekly cleaning side work. Assist in performing inventory, including ordering and storing supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques. Assist with catering events or special functions as required. Open and close the line Experience 2 years experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods. Experience working in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is a plus. Knowledge of catering services is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing excellent service.
