Daily responsibilities include:

As a Commissary Team Member, you'll be a crucial part of our production crew. You'll prep, mix, fill, roll, boil, and bake our signature stuffed bagels and other menu items with consistency and care. Your work will directly impact what our customers taste every single day. Preparing fillings including proteins and sauces Assembling and shaping stuffed bagels Operating ovens and boiling kettles Mixing and baking cookies and other items Labeling and packaging products for delivery to locations Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Collaborating with team members and adapting to daily production needs

Who You Are:

You have professional kitchen experience and knife skills You're detail-oriented and care about doing things right You move efficiently and can work well in a fast-paced production environment You have a good sense of urgency but stay cool under pressure You're a team player with a positive attitude You're dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work You're excited about growing with a company that's doing something different Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Be at least 18 years old Have weekend availability

Bonus Points If You:

Have worked in large scale production before Are familiar with dough handling Have ServSafe certification or food safety training

Schedule :

Saturdays & Sundays (day-time hours) Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time
