Job Description
✅ Schedule Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 PM - Close Part-time, 2 shifts per week, potentially more if needed ✅ Pay $17-$23 per hour including tips , depending on experience, performance, and tip earnings. ✅ Responsibilities Prepare food quickly and consistently during busy service Follow recipes and maintain food-quality standards Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during busy nights Assist with prep, cooking, plating, and closing duties Communicate effectively with bartenders and front-of-house staff ✅ Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Must be dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available every Monday and Wednesday from 5 PM until close Why Work at Billiard Breakdown?
