Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Kitchen Cook where dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and friendly work environment are important. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quality, pizzas, subs, and otger menu itemsi in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every plate meets our standards of taste, presentation, and safety. Kitchen experience with food prep, fyer & pizza experience is required. We value energetic individuals eager to be part if our team. This is a part time position and weekend availability is a requirement. Duties Prepare a variety of menu items with skill and efficiency, including food production, , and food handling. Support kitchen operations and ensure timely meal service. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination. Execute high-volume food preparation while maintaining quality control and consistency across all dishes. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Support dietary department needs by assisting with meal preparation for special diets or dietary aide tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow, serving guests promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, or catering Strong background in food preparation techniques and general cooking methods. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume production environments with efficiency and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures essential for maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
