SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join our team at a premier boarding and day school in South Wales, NY. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for students and staff. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen setting while supporting our culinary team. We are a small group, so we each have several tasks in the dining hall to create a 7 day a week, 3 meal a day food program for our students and staff. No late hours, weekends are needed. Typical shift- we can discuss during the interview!

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
