Role:

McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY is looking for talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to recipes and plating standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift Work all line stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep as needed Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to minimize waste Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team during service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
