Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in kitchens, restaurants, or the food industry, with a passion for meal preparation and food safety.Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the dietary department to meet special dietary needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
