Food Preparation:

Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits, vegetables, and proteins.

Recipe Execution:

Accurately measure ingredients, mix dressings or sauces, and perform basic cooking tasks like parboiling or reducing sauces.

Organization & Storage:

Label, date, and store all food items properly in refrigerators, freezers, and pantries to maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation and minimize waste.

Station Setup:

Set up workstations with necessary tools, cutting boards, and ingredients prior to service.

Sanitation & Safety:

Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift; adhere strictly to health and food safety regulations.

Serve Safe Certification:

Must have certification or be willing to obtain Serve Safe Certification Must have at least 3 years or more experience.
