Cincinnati, OH |$15-$17.50/hour (+ tip share) | Full-Time & Part-Time Juntos Mexican Cocina is hiring experienced, dependable BOH team members to join our kitchen at Element Eatery. We're looking for people who take pride in their station, move with purpose, and understand that a good kitchen depends on consistency, cleanliness, preparation and teamwork. What you'll be doing: Working the line during lunch and dinner service Preparing proteins, sauces, salsas, vegetables and other daily prep Following established recipes, portion standards and prep systems Maintaining a clean, stocked and organized station Properly labeling, dating and rotating product Helping with opening and closing responsibilities Communicating with the rest of the kitchen and FOH team Jumping in where needed when service gets busy What we're looking for: Prior restaurant or professional kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Able to follow recipes and systems consistently Strong sanitation and food-handling habits Available for some evenings and weekends No ego — just professionalism, teamwork and good food This is a small, growing restaurant operation. Strong employees will have opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow with us.

Pay:

$15-$17.50/hour (+ tip share) depending on experience and ability
