Job Description
Join Our Culinary Team We are looking for dependable, passionate, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our growing team. Our Line Cooks play a critical role in delivering exceptional food and ensuring every guest receives a consistently outstanding dining experience. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations. Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products. Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion consistency. Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members during service. Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and inventory as needed. Clean kitchen equipment and complete opening, closing, and side work duties. Work efficiently during high volume meal periods while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices. Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and work safely around hot equipment and sharp tools. Ability to work in varying kitchen temperatures.
