We take food seriously and we enjoy what we do! Scratch is looking for a full time line cook who is great with food and is a good team player. What you'll do:
- Enjoy a set schedule (Shifts are 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday)
- Assist the chef with all cooking and prepping of dishes
- Some food preparation
- Ensure that food is cooked and plated on time
- Be ready for a fast paced kitchen environment
- Be a team player
- Demonstrate the ability to keep a kitchen clean and safe
- Follow an opening and closing checklist each day
- Able to be on your feet for entire shift
- Able to lift 35 lbs Everything we do at Scratch can be learned and thereby restaurant experience is not a requirement to apply.
