In this role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes and handcrafted pizzas that delight our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that values culinary creativity, precision, and teamwork. Whether you're experienced in fine dining or passionate about food preparation, this position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the food industry. Paid training and ongoing development ensure you're supported every step of the way! Duties Prepare a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, including pizzas, entrees, and side dishes Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service Adhere strictly to recipes and portion control standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize waste Support food production for catering events or special functions as needed Maintain a clean workstation by regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to health regulations Skills Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, or restaurant settings with a focus on high-volume production Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health standards Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and culinary techniques gained through dietary aide experience or fine dining background preferred Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dietary department procedures or catering experience is a plus for supporting diverse menu offerings Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
