00 per hour Job description: Line Cook Laurentia Vineyard and Winery is hiring for a full time line cook starting in March. Experience preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate to handle a high volume kitchen with great success. Featuring a seasonal menu and fostering creativity from our staff, Laurentia offers a great opportunity for a self-starter or a chef-to-be to gain great knowledge and experience in an enjoyable workplace. Duties include daily prep, station setup and execution, cleaning of kitchen, willingness to learn and other duties as assigned. Prior food service experience, creativity, knowledge of sanitation in the food service industry and/or culinary education a plus. Must be available on weekends.
