Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items according to Johnny Carinos recipes, plate presentations and specifications within cook time requirements Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by Guest and prepare and cook food according to instructions Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers Complete all assigned prep work Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times Set up work station Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects Be a core team member in a fast-paced kitchen

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Previous Line Cook or cooking experience preferred

Physical Demands:
