PREP COOKS/ GRILL COOKS
Must be willing to help with all aspects of a kitchen. Prep work, dish washing, cooking, and stocking. You will be required to pass a background check for eligibility to be hired. We prefer someone who has a stable work history. If interested please e mail resume.Job Types:

Full-time Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and recipes provided
- Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain food safety standards
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure proper cooking and storage
- Collaborate with dietary aides to ensure timely meal preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all dietary restrictions and special requests from residents or patients
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are prepared on schedule
- Knowledge of food production processes in a healthcare or institutional setting
- Familiarity with the food industry regulations and best practices for sanitation and hygiene
