Job Description

This position is responsible for cooking and filling all food orders with proper food handling and sanitation standards in a timely manner and making the guest experience enjoyable. 1. Prepares and cooks all deli food in a timely manner in accordance with established recipes. 2. Complies with all food and beverage, health, and safety regulations. 3. Completes all side work, closing/opening duties in a timely manner. 4. Has knowledge of menu prices and food composition; promotions; proper cash handling; and department policies and procedures. 5. Make sure all logs, work ups and food orders are made within specifications and compliant with company policies and procedures. 6. Responsible for positive outcome of Health and Gaming inspections. 7. May get a bank to ring up orders, and handles paperwork as required by company policies and procedures. 8. Is professional and courteous with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with minimal financial impact on F&B operation. 9. Works as a team with Deli Cashiers in producing a smoothly and efficiently run shift. Communicates effectively with co-workers, management and guests. 10. Operates as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required. 11. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. 12. Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical work week and normal work schedule may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts. 2 Positions open, 1 day time and 1 nighttime.
