Job Summary :
This position is responsible for food preparation in accordance with established recipes, food service, cleaning, and sanitation during an assigned shift. Key Responsibilities 1. Prepares, seasons, finishes and garnishes all food preparations in a timely manner in accordance with established recipes. 2. Responsible for accurately completing all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner. 3. Professional and courteous with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with minimal impact on F&B operation. 4. Works as a team and with other department on events to ensure that they that are run efficiently and smoothly. 5. Communicates effectively with co-workers, management and guests. 6. Operates as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required. 7. May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education/Experience/Qualifications Educational/Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in a full-scale, fine dining restaurant. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License. 1. Must have the ability to get and keep a Food Handlers Certification. 2. Desire to learn the operations of the restaurant and catering events. 3. Must be reliable, punctual and cooperative with co-workers and managers. 4. Maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor in a high stress environment. 5. Ability to work in areas containing high noise levels and secondhand smoke. 6. Ability to read, write and understand English.Pay:
