Job Description
We are currently looking for someone that can work 3-5 shifts every week consistently. We encourage those that are looking for consistency, stability, and a community-minded spirit. We have a small galley kitchen that produces a high amount of food every night. Must be calm under pressure and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Shifts are typically 3:30-9ish PM on weekdays, 3:30-10ish PM Friday/Saturday, and Sundays (once per month) Qualified applicants must:
Execute all recipes and plating standards as writtenPrep food as needed, keeping a clean workstation as you go.
Be able to multi-task in prep work, cooking, and cleaning while keeping tickets delivered in a timely fashionTake daily inventory of your station and communicate that with managerCalm communication under stress with managers and peersEnjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environmentHave a willingness to learnBe available to work evenings and/or weekends, to work shifts alone or as part of a small team.
