Job Description:

' Prepare and cook delicious Thai foods and unique Thai dishes using in depth Thai cooking knowledge and skills ' Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts ' Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers ' Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met ' Check the quantity and quality of received products ' Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays ' Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services ' Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices ' Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety ' Check stock levels and order supplies Wage (Level 3-4): $41,000-42,700/year
