We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Pizza Cook to join our team. The Pizza Cook is responsible for the final bake and quality of every pizza leaving the kitchen . This position requires speed, focus, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality during high-volume service. Responsibilities Operate and monitor pizza ovens throughout service. Maintain proper oven temperature, bake times, and recovery. Manage top and bottom heat to achieve Society Pie's desired NY-style bake. Load, rotate, and remove pizzas at the appropriate time. Monitor crust color, crispness, cheese melt, and overall quality. Communicate with the pizza line and Shift Lead to keep orders moving. Cut, finish, and stage pizzas accurately and efficiently. Assist with food prep and FOH/BOH duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe oven station. Follow food safety and equipment procedures. Help maintain consistent quality and ticket times during busy periods. What We're Looking For Pizza cooking experience highly preferred. Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented — professional references required. Strong customer service skills are a must. Comfortable working quickly in a hot, fast-paced kitchen. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality. Able to stay calm and focused during high-volume service. OLCC service permit required for lunch shifts. Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift/move up to 50 lbs.
