• 2+ years of experience in a variety of kitchen/restaurant environments
• excels at communication and not afraid to ask questions
• maintains a respectful attitude towards fellow team members, and is ultimately a team player
• maintain standards for food storage, rotation, cleanliness, quality and appearance
• attention to detail, especially plating
• fast and efficient
• this is essential
• only candidates that live in the area or have reliable transportation will be considered.
