Job Description

La Industria is located in Tualatin. We specialize in famous Tex-Mex dishes from Enchiladas, Chile Rellenos, and Flautas. We also have our smokers going day and night to produce amazing brisket, pork, and ribeye to make the best tacos in town with house made tortillas! Our bar features scratch made cocktails, local wines and beers, and other great beverages from the imaginations of our top notch bar staff.

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable person to join our kitchen team.
Criteria include:
Preparing food in a fast paced Tex-Mex scratch kitchen.

Professional level knife skills are a must.

Strong organizational skills.
