Description We're looking for an experienced Lead Cook to work directly under our Head Chef at our Breaker Brewing Outpost in Archbald, PA. The job is hands-on on the line during service, and it includes leading and supporting the kitchen team. This position is full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule, in person. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What the job includes:
- Cook on the line and lead by example during busy service
- Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff
- Keep food quality, presentation, and consistency high
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code rules
- Help with prep lists, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Work with the Head Chef on the day's operations What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Able to work a fast-paced service and stay calm under pressure
