Job Overview We're looking for experienced line cooks for both day and night shifts. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a large menu, so our kitchen stays busy. If you can keep your cool when the KDS screen fills up, work well with a team, and take pride in every plate you send out, we want to meet you. This is a fun, fast-paced place to work, but reliability, experience, and a strong work ethic are a must. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes, portions, and quality standards Work efficiently from KDS kitchen display screens during busy service hours Complete opening, closing, prep, and cleaning duties Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, slicers, and other kitchen equipment Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked Follow all food-handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures Communicate with other cooks and front-of-house employees to keep service running smoothly Help receive, rotate, label, and properly store food products Assist with prep for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus Requirements Previous line-cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen Experience working with KDS kitchen display screens Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and work in a hot, busy kitchen for an extended period Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and attention to detail Day, night, weekend, and holiday availability as scheduled Pay is negotiable based on experience. All applicants must complete one paid working interview/training day as part of the hiring process.

Pay:

$12.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
