Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
• Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and high voltage equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Yardi
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, HVAC, and high voltage systems
• Experience with supervising a team of maintenance technicians
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and reading schematics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities
