Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food quality during cooking to ensure optimal taste and presentation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling techniques. Assist in menu planning and development, providing input on seasonal offerings. Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment, preferably with fine dining experience. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal preparation techniques. Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
