Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cook to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents and families Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Directing, evaluating, and monitoring the staff assigned to the food services department Issuing disciplinary actions as necessary and performing probationary and annual evaluations of employee performance Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required No minimum years of experience required Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills
