Job description: We are seeking a positive, self-motivated Line Cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help expand our client base to build our brand and reputation. We service corporate & residential catering clients and produce food daily for off-site cafes, in-house market, & satellite locations. Must be a Team Member willing to help where needed.

Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day operations Assist in food ordering Check freshness and quality of ingredients Assist in the development of menu items Standardize recipes, food costs and inventory Work with management to create and market

Qualifications:

Previous experience in culinary arts Knowledge of cost and labor systems Passion for food and cooking, particularly nutritious and healthy options Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Food safety certification is a plus Polished, professional appearance and presentation
