Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitizing procedures throughout all food handling processes Maintain high standards of food safety management by following sanitizing protocols and proper food handling techniques Contribute to high-volume production environments by efficiently preparing meals for catering events or large service periods Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed Experience Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management practices preferred but not required Strong knife skills and proficiency in recipe adherence for consistent meal quality
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
