Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Floor Tech to join our team at Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Malvern, PA. As a Floor Tech, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Environmental Services to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and adhering to established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Clean and service public/common areas and private Resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations (including safety and risk management) and in order of priority established by supervisor Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and disinfection protocols Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
