In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. Your enthusiasm for food, attention to detail, and culinary expertise will help create memorable dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and creativity are celebrated. Duties Prepare a variety of pizza dishes according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service Assist in menu planning to introduce new pizza options and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support food preparation for catering events and special functions as needed Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner Follow proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality in every pizza Skills Extensive dietary department experience or dietary aide experience preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Proven experience with menu planning and meal preparation in fine dining or casual restaurant environments Excellent knife skills, culinary experience, and knowledge of food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Familiarity with catering services, serving procedures, and kitchen operations Passion for the food industry with a focus on pizza-making, food service excellence, and customer satisfaction
