Cooking is the main focus of this position, so previous professional kitchen experience is required. We're also looking for someone who is friendly, comfortable around customers, and willing to be trained as a barista. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes Complete daily food prep Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Follow food safety and sanitation standards Learn to prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Help and interact with customers when needed What We're Looking For Professional cooking experience required Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to work efficiently during busy service Flexible and willing to learn barista skills Team player with a positive attitude Barista experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train.
