Melfi's has quickly earned its own acclaim, including "Best Pizza in Charleston" by Eater. We are hiring full-time line cooks and looking for professionals who take pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. Our kitchen focuses on scratch-made Italian cuisine with a modern perspective —housemade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and a wood-fired program at the center of the restaurant. This is a clean, well-organized kitchen where standards are high and the team is serious about the work. What we're looking for: Strong line experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen Attention to detail, organization, and sense of urgency Pride in clean work and consistent execution Ability to work as part of a disciplined, professional team Italian experience is appreciated, but not required
