Job Description

Responsibilities Work primarily on expo and salad station, making sure food goes out quickly, correctly, and looking the way it should. Prepare salads, cold items, and other station items according to our recipes and standards. Keep a close eye on tickets and communicate with the kitchen and servers so orders, modifications, and special requests don't get missed. Help organize completed orders, check plates for accuracy, and make sure everything for the table is ready before it leaves the kitchen. Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready to go. A good expo station can make or break a busy shift. Occasionally help on the fryer when needed, especially during busy periods or when another team member needs a hand. Keep an eye on prep and stock levels and let someone know before we run out of something in the middle of a rush. Follow proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety procedures. Be willing to jump in and help where needed. We work as a team, and sometimes that means doing a little bit of everything. Experience Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required. Experience with expo, salad, pantry, or a similar fast-paced kitchen station is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable reading tickets, handling modifications, staying organized, and communicating clearly when things get busy. Basic fryer experience is helpful, but this position is primarily focused on expo and salad station. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect you to show up ready to work, learn, and be part of the team. Reliability, a good attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to keep moving during a rush are extremely important.
