Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Monitor food production to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or culinary environment.
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with dietary department guidelines and restrictions.
  • Experience in catering or large-scale food service is a plus.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
