Ouzos Pizza is immediately hiring an experienced Pizza Cook! Please come and apply in person at Ouzos Pizza We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced pizza cook who can confidently work with a conveyor-belt pizza oven and has strong commercial grill experience . The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining excellent food quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards. Operate and monitor a conveyor-belt pizza oven safely and efficiently. Work confidently and efficiently on a commercial grill . Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, steaks, and other grilled items. Prepare and portion toppings, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements. Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Work efficiently during busy and high-volume service periods. Communicate effectively with other kitchen and restaurant staff. Requirements Previous pizza-cooking experience required. Experience operating a conveyor-belt pizza oven required. Strong commercial grill experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking temperatures, and food safety. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties.
