• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
• Operate flat top grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Set up and stock station before each shift
• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods
• Follow portion control and food safety standards
• Keep work area clean and organized throughout shift
• Restock products and communicate low inventory to management
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to keep ticket times low and food quality high Qualifications..

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
