Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced full time Line Cook. We are a small fast paced breakfast and lunch diner open 6a-2p.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Utilize knife skills to chop, dice, and mince ingredients as needed.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Adapt to changing menu items and kitchen procedures as needed.
- Weekends are a must!
