AM & PM LINE COOKS (Franklin, TN)

Job description Etch Restaurant, by Chef Deb Paquette, is hiring AM & PM Line Cooks for our newest location at the Factory in Franklin. You must have at least two years line cook experience in a fine dining restaurant and the ability to perform complex recipes in a fast paced environment. AM availability must include Tuesday-Sunday between 9am-3pm, averaging 28-32 hours per week. PM availability must include Tuesday-Sunday between 2pm-11pm, averaging 35-38 hours per week.
