Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep tools. Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash handling with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Ensure food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven experience in food service, quick service, or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and clear communication skills. Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store environments is a plus.
