Cross-training for shift leadership and assistant manager roles. Key Responsibilities Prep fresh dough daily, slice fresh toppings, and prepare sauces according to recipe standards. Hand-craft pizzas, subs, salads, and sides accurately to order during busy rush periods. Monitor oven bake times, cut, box, and tag orders for customer pickup and delivery. Greet carryout guests warmly, operate the point-of-sale (POS) register, and take phone orders. Maintain clean food-prep stations, sanitize equipment, and uphold high food-safety and health standards.
