Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the DFW area. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering top-quality service, troubleshooting complex systems, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers (limited) , boilers (limited), and split systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions Maintain accurate service records and documentation Mentor junior technicians when needed

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician (required) Strong background specifically in commercial service work (not residential-only experience) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Background screening, Driving Record Screening and Drug Testing required EPA Certification (required) Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with building automation systems (BAS/controls) NATE certification or additional HVAC certifications Experience working with large commercial systems and facilities

Compensation:

$35 - $45 per hour , based on experience and aligned with current DFW market averages for senior commercial HVAC technicians Overtime opportunities available AND Incentives available
