Job Description

We are an independent, family-owned Italian restaurant and jazz lounge in Cedar Park. We aim to provide the best service, food, and entertainment in Austin. We re looking for people who care about service and want to grow professionally.

Note:

we have openings for both full-time and part-time positionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standardsSet up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients before serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shiftFollow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures at all timesWork efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency and qualityAssist with food preparation, inventory, and restocking as neededEnsure dishes are plated accurately and meet presentation standardsCommunicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth serviceSupport fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING

FORAt least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar BOH roleAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organizationReliability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindsetWillingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team

PAY RATE

$18 - $20 per hour, based on experienceIf you're passionate about Italian food, comfortable working on the line, and looking to be part of a supportive and organized kitchen team, we'd love to meet you.
