as these are our busiest days of the week. 1431 Café is a diner so you must already know how to cook eggs and omelets in order to be successful in this job. 1431 Café in Cedar Park is looking for an experienced line/prep cook to prepare food according to our tried & true recipes and techniques. Line cook duties consist of prep, grill, sandwich, hotline, fryer and egg stations. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our menu, customer satisfaction and sales goals. Our line cook shifts are typically from 600a - 330p daily, though your exact hours will vary depending on our scheduling needs and how busy we are. We open at 630a and close at 300p seven days a week. You must be flexible and willing to work doing whatever tasks we assign, including prep and cleaning. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST TWO WEEKDAYS PER WEEK PLUS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY EVERY WEEK.
