Job Description
Cooking, cleaning, labeling, organizing, and being helpful define the cook position. Ability to self-motivate and follow a menu is a must. Knowledgeable with special dietary needs; i.e. soft mechanical and puree diets. Experience in cooking for large groups regularly a must. Knowledgeable in kitchen regulations and cleanliness is a must. Reliable transportation is a must.
