What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you'll help bring our menu to life while maintaining the high standards expected of an IHG Lifestyle property.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times Assisting with prep work and inventory organization Working closely with the culinary team to ensure timely ticket execution Supporting the kitchen during busy service periods Helping create a positive and professional kitchen environment What We're Looking For Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and food presentation Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation standards Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Work With Us Hotel Indigo is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's leading hospitality companies.
