Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
• Monitor grill equipment and maintain cleanliness and functionality
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely food preparation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to operate grill equipment effectively and safely
• Proficiency in knife skills for food preparation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
