Pay We offer a base pay rate, plus tips The pay range listed on this listing is what your TOTAL hourly pay (Base Pay + Tips) could look like throughout the year. You can expect to make an additional $5 to $9 per hour in tips on top of your base pay rate. Must have reliable transportation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handlers Certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work in physically challenging conditions; this may include but is not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies. It also involves repetitive hand and wrist motions. The role requires working with and around hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment in a fast-paced and crowded environment, which can occasionally be loud, unusually hot or cold, and physically demanding. Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Willingness to cross train and learn new positions (Cashier, Cook, Cold Station, Fryer, Expo, Dish Pit etc.) Demonstrate willingness and ability to improve job performance over time and take on additional responsibilities. Follow guidance from the Shift Lead and perform other work related duties as instructed. Cook, prepare, and serve food according to established recipes and quality standards while following all Health Department and company food handling safety standards. Effectively and respectfully communicate with guests and team members. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform all applicable duties and responsibilities in a positive, proactive, efficient, and timely fashion. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate issues early and communicate with Shift Lead. Keep individual stations and all work areas organized, orderly, and clean.
